Position Overview:
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning the HR strategy with the overall business objectives of the organization. Responsibilities:

9. Conduct regular analysis of HR metrics and provide reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
11. Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices and administer employee benefits programs.
12. Support organizational development initiatives, such as succession planning, talent management, and change management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a similar HR Business Partner role.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4. Proven ability to work effectively with senior management and influence decision-making.
5. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and experience in full-cycle recruitment.
